Like all beautiful creations a wedding dress starts with an idea and ends with a product that will remain a cherished possession for the rest of your life. This process starts with a personalized 30-60 minute consultation. There is no charge for this service and we encourage you to bring your pictures, sketches, and ideas. During the consultation we will discuss your design and we will show you fabrics with which we can best structure your dress. We can also guide you to the best retail stores for a look at a wider range of fabrics, so as to make both the appearance and the feel of your dress to your complete satisfaction.

Once both fabric and design have been chosen, we will give you an estimate of the cost of the completed gown and the time required to make it. On approval, we will take measurements, set a time line and make appointments for scheduled fittings. We will require a deposit of 50% once we have a set design, fabric and timeline for the creation of the dress.

Usually 2 – 3 fittings are required and I advise all brides to wear both the shoes and undergarments that she will be wearing on her wedding day.

The whole process usually takes 4-6 weeks. Completing your dress in a shorter period of time would depend on how busy we are at the time but, on occasion, we are capable of solving emergencies by designing and creating a dress in just a few days.

Once the dress is complete and a final payment is made, you are ready to make that never-to-be-forgotten walk down the aisle, radiant in your beautiful personally made gown.
